Katsel
Katsel is about 3km north of Meldro Gungkar town. It is said to be one of the original geomantic temples that King Songtsen Gampo built in the 7th century to pin down the demoness who obstructed the spread of Buddhism in Tibet. This one is said to lie on her right shoulder.
The temple has been rebuilt, and the small site is peaceful and rarely visited.
