Ugyen Choling Kangsoel, also spelled Ogyen Choling, is held at Ogyen Choling Palace (Manor) in the Tang Valley of Bumthang. About the festival
Orgyen Choling was originally a palace–monastic site associated with the 14th-century saint Dorji Lingpa. His descendants held the status of Lama Chöje, or “religious nobility.” A portion of the palace has since been converted into a private museum.
Wind Horse Ranch, located in Tang at Woblathang, lies not far from Ogyen Choling Manor.
