Birth anniversary of Guru Rinpoche

Guru Rinpoche is regarded as an equal or as the reincarnation of Buddha. So during his birth anniversary, many of the Kingdom’s monasteries and temples will have some form of celebration or mass prayers. His birth anniversary is on the 10th day of the 5th lunar month.
