Lord Buddha’s Parinirvana

15th day of the fourth lunar month is Parinirvana or Nirvana Day according to Mahayana Buddhist that celebrates the death of Buddha, who died more than 2,500 years ago. It signifies a somber reflection and acceptance of the inherent impermanence associated with life, while also highlighting the road to Enlightenment as the way to make positive changes in life.
